The Career Improvement Club was founded in 2015 by Suzie Finch, an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a strong interest in career development, candidate presentation and practical job search support.

The original idea was simple: many capable candidates were being held back not by a lack of ability, but by unclear CVs, weak presentation and a lack of confidence in how to communicate their value.

Our early products focused on helping people improve the documents they used to apply for roles: CV templates, cover letters, interview presentations, planners and job search resources.
