Most products sold by The Career Improvement Club are digital downloads and are made available immediately after purchase.

Digital downloads

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, we do not normally offer refunds once the download or access process has begun.

When you choose to receive digital content immediately, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may end once delivery of the digital content begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or you are unable to access the files because of a technical problem on our side, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement files, technical support or another appropriate remedy.

If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet downloaded or accessed it, please contact us as soon as possible.
